Job Purpose

Coordinate with the logistics team to perform logistics support and supply chain functions of the company.

Coordinate with the logistics team to perform logistics support and supply chain functions of the company.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

1. Ensure smooth operation in all aspects of the store including storage of materials and coordinating with vendors, internal parties, and deliveries.
2. Maintain good housekeeping, security, and work safety.
3. Perform transactions in the SAP system.
4. Manage reverse logistics (Returns, NCR - non-conformity).
5. Scrap management within the plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons).
6. Conduct cycle count, annual stock take.
7. Reassignment to cover other branches including doing deliveries when required.
8. Coordinate with all branches for inter-branch store transferring.
9. Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents.
10. Take on ad-hoc requests/projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
2. Education Qualification: Min Diploma in Logistics and above would be an added advantage.
3. Great sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
4. Independent and has initiative.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
6. Meticulous.
7. Familiar with Purchasing and WMS will be an advantage.
8. Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
9. Class 3 Driver License required to do deliveries.
10. Forklift license is a plus.
11. 5.5 working days, 44 working hours per week, subject to OT if required.
