Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Inform workers of management conditions of work, rules, and regulations guiding the establishment to ensure that they adhere to company policies, and take disciplinary measures against workers who are found wanting
Make available all work-related records such as attendance and efficiency score to management for the purpose of payment and other rewards
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Support other departments’ operations as and when needed
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse operations
Forklift license required
Background in material handling, purchasing, and stock control
Able to operate MHE machines (e.g., Order Picker, Reach Truck, etc.)
Preferably with SAP/Microsoft Office basic function
