Working Hour / Location : 9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon – Fri) / HarbourFront MRT
Remunerations : Up to $3,800 + yearly increment + 13 mths Aws + 2 times Bonus payout yearly + permanent staff benefit
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Logistics Manager and coordinate and collaborate, monitor and patrol all logistics 3PLs to ensure smooth operation and reliability in the Groups operation.
- Resolve and report day-to-day operation issues or customer complaints if any.
- Handle and process sales orders based on customer’s requirements.
- Perform timely data inputs and updates.
- Coordinate Logistics Operation, arrange inventory allocation, monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time.
- Liaise on product availability with overseas counterparts, planners, shipment arrangement with 3rd PL, warehouse and customers.
- Maximize space utilization for all shipments.
- Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking.
- Maintain the required operations turnaround time and provide supporting documents for accurate and timely customer billing.
- Receive customer’s complaints or problems, coordinate clients' wishes and requirements with respective internal departments or 3rd Party Logistics Service providers and provide timely proposals and solutions to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers by ensuring supply reliability.
- Perform data updates into logistics to support operation.
- Back-up fellow team members and provide guidance to lesser experienced members.
- Propose operational improvements and perform consolidation of orders for trading goods.
- Perform monthly Stock and Order reconciliation and any other documentation required for month end operation.
- Support in Cross-departmental Audits and Documentations relating to Audit Compliance.
- Any other ad-hoc functions.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related discipline.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service, order fulfillment, shipping, logistics support field from manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in MS Office suites and ISO9001 Internal Audit Certification is a plus.
- Skilled in SAP/ERP SD, MS Excel and MM modules preferred.
- Good inter-personal skills, detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
