Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist - Emergency and Pandemic Stockpile Logistics is responsible for the development and execution of operational policies, standards, and procedures for the Warehouse. He/she monitors and optimizes storage and utilization levels, making data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency of the warehouse.

Analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyze the feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.

He/she is required to be conversant with the pandemic operational plan and contribute to the development of SOPs and reports for the plan.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks (External)

• Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders.
• Participate in a value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organization.
• Adhere to the organization’s governance, compliance issues, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Execute environmental protection procedures.
• Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance with requirements.
• Participate in technology projects as direct users.
• Perform warehouse security operations in adherence to plans.

Job Requirements

Comfortable with technological tools.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

Minimum 'N' Level.

1-2 years of relevant work experience.
