Logistics/Shipping Coordinator [5-day, Entry-level]

Job Scope:

• Handle shipment documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure smooth customs clearance.

• Coordinate with internal/external teams for export/import shipments, including cargo pickup and shipping marks.

• Liaise with freight forwarders for cargo space and shipment arrangements.

• Manage inward/outward shipments and monitor shipment status.

• Prepare monthly reports on parts, shipping, and insurance.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level is welcomed; full training provided.

• Candidate with TradeNet experience will have an added advantage.
