The company supplies hearing aids directly to hospitals and private clinics in Singapore and Malaysia. Role Description

We are hiring for the position of Logistics Specialist.

Oversee the operational and logistics needs for Singapore and Malaysia business with hands-on proactive management of inventory and supply chain stakeholders to enhance efficiencies and drive synergies.

Job Requirements

1. Manage inventory for the hearing aid distribution business in Singapore and Malaysia.
2. Responsible for accurate inventory forecast planning for all stock and marketing material.
3. Follow-up on supply and product availability issues with suppliers.
4. EOL (End Of Life) SKU planning and execution.
5. New product launch operational planning.
6. Quarterly inventory stocktaking.
7. Order processing and delivery to Singapore hospitals, retail clinics, and suppliers.
8. Coordination with production, lab technicians, and suppliers.
9. Handling returns, replacements, and repairs of hearing aids.
10. Obtaining & evaluating all relevant information to manage inquiries and complaints.
11. Escalating issues of commercial sensitivity including trends.
12. Record details of product issues for accurate execution of good distribution practice requirements.
13. Uploading of new stock into the ERP system.

Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
2. At least 2 years of experience in inventory management.
3. Passion for offering the highest level of customer care and support to partners.
4. Process-oriented with a track record of completing tasks in a structured and orderly manner.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
