Logistics Operation Executive (Warehouse ops / Supervising / Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
2. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectations.
3. Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
4. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Support team with daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
6. Assist with daily transportation arrangements.
7. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations and supervising warehouse staff.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS.
