Responsibilities:

  • Understand and comply with all related operating processes
  • Focal point for delivery and shipment enquiries
  • System transactions for receiving and order fulfillment activities
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/transporters on day-to-day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery/collection requirements
  • Perform allocation
  • Shipment arrangement per customer’s instruction
  • Compilation of outbound documentation for cargo release
  • Consolidation of documentation return to Customer
  • Data collection for the Operations Executive/Manager
  • Documentation and record retention per established requirements
  • Cycle count administration
  • Ensure all KPIs are met
  • Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Operations Executive/Manager
  • Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Executive/Manager
  • Back up during absence of other officer
  • All other tasks or duties assigned by superior

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level or diploma holder
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service
  • Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative
  • Adaptable to fast-moving work environment
  • Open with experience working with 3PL companies
  • Without forklift license (will provide training)
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items, and work for extended periods
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in inventory management, order picking, and labeling
  • Basic Computer Knowledge for bookings, with admin
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors
