Job Description

• Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Handle the logistics expectations of the customers.
• Handle enquiries such as order status, shipping instructions and any special customer requests.
• Timely processing of orders received.
• Schedule orders and work with warehouse to ensure orders are picked and packed to meet on time delivery.
• Coordinate with inspection organization for export shipments.
• Liaise with forwarders on import & export shipments.
• Carry out processes that comply to QHSE, AIB requirements, Food Defense Program and Halal Compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for the services rendered.
• Assist his / her executive or manager whenever necessary.
• Involvement in procurement activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA).
• Communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
• Understanding of WMS & Dangerous Goods Knowledge.
• Knowledge in shipping is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound PC Knowledge.
• Open to fresh graduates for Degree holders.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service.
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
• Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
• Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
