Logistics Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand and comply with all related operating processes.
2. Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/transporters on day-to-day issues, order planning to meet customers' shipment delivery/collection requirements.
3. Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the Operations Executive.
4. Perform cycle count administration.
5. Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
6. Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
7. Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
8. Report to the Operations Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
9. Perform day-to-day roles of the Operations Executive during his/her absence.

Requirements:

1. Able to adapt quickly, execute multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize.
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
4. Excellent communication skills.
