We are looking to expand our team with a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Manager who will play a key role in managing and overseeing our 3PL operations.

Job Description:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and 3PL services. Your role will involve coordinating logistics processes, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize 3PL logistics operations in Singapore, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.
• Lead a team of logistics staff, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any logistics-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management or related fields, with experience in 3PL services.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and warehousing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range:
S$5000 - S$10,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
