LOGISTICS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries.
2. Arrange warehouse, plan routes, and process shipments.
3. Assist in daily operations.
4. Daily rostering of staff according to contractual manpower requirements.
5. Familiarize with company’s policies and procedures, maintaining customer service and a safe work environment.
6. Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound/outbound warehouse operations.
7. Act as the first point of contact for clientele to address and solve operational issues.
8. Ensure efficient utilization of the allocated manpower pool.
9. Provide daily manpower reports to the Operations Manager.
10. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
