Logistics Executive (Contract Logistics/Warehouse)

The incumbent will coordinate the warehouse operations by ensuring efficient data entry and email communications with internal and external customers for import, storage, cycle-count, and export tasks to facilitate the dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to achieve operational excellence.

• Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments.
• Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangements.
• Assist with all customers/suppliers’ inquiries via phone and emails.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Upkeep and file related documentation timely and accurately (e.g., delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.).
• Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Counts in accordance with the company’s SOP.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review.
• Ensure billing data accuracy while performing monthly billing.
• Ensure office areas are well maintained.
• Assist the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience as an Operation / Order Fulfillment Executive in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in the logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required.
• Proficient with computer functions, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and Offshore PO system.
• Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday) and based at 8 Jurong Pier.
