Logistics Executive

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage order processing and oversee export/shipping operations for Asia Oceania markets.
2. Coordinate with external parties such as factories, customers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
3. Prepare invoices and other shipping-related documents.
4. Facilitate the submission of GST-related supporting documents to the accounting department.
5. Verify billing details from service providers to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least GCE O Level qualification with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or the shipping industry.
2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
3. Possess keen interest in logistics and shipping operations.

Additional Information:

1. Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS+VB (2 - 3 Months)
2. Working Location: Bedok
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
