Logistics Executive

Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end air freight logistics operations, planning and booking to tracking and delivery, ensuring timely shipment of goods.
• Receiving and sorting of incoming goods.
• Collaborate with the warehouse for inventory and shipping.
• Ensure proper storage allocation for incoming goods.
• Arrange transportation for local deliveries.
• Monitor and manage current stock levels, generating reports to track inventory movement.
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
