About The Role

Spectrum Ingredients Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and organised Shipping & Logistics Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely distribution of our products to customers both locally and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate the logistics of product shipments, including booking transportation, arranging customs clearance, and tracking deliveries
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely updates on the status of shipments
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the shipping and logistics function
• Provide support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues
• Assist with the preparation of shipping documentation and other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar shipping and logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry
• Strong working knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, customs, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex shipping situations
• Proficient in using logistics management software and other relevant technology
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Preferably able to start at short notice or immediately
