Job Description
Grey & Sanders is on the hunt for a proactive and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team! As a Logistics Executive, you will be an integral part of our operations team and have the opportunity to make a real impact through meaningful collaborations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory
• Coordinate and oversee stock transfer requests and any movement of inventory
• Conduct physical site visits to warehouse to oversee arrival of goods, coordinate transportation, and ensure proper housekeeping of goods
• Perform routine quality inspections of inventory
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date reports and records of inventory
• Facilitate periodic stocktaking procedures to ensure reconciliation between physical inventory and system counts
• Communicate with external partners, vendors and warehouse
• Any ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time as assigned by your manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in related field OR relevant experience
• Our ideal candidate should be self-driven & eager to learn with strong communication skills and a good work ethic
• Singaporeans and P/R preferred

Work Location:

• The candidate will be required to rotate between our showroom offices in Outram as well as conduct site visits at our warehouse as directed to accommodate business needs.
