Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and vendors, providing seamless support from onboarding through post-sale.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage a sales pipeline, tracking clients through each sales stage.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering high-quality customer engagement.
- Collaborate on building strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.
- Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
- Coordinate client requirements from the portal, aligning operations with expectations.
- Select suitable hauliers, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between hauliers and clients.
- Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details.
- Undertake additional duties to support the company’s commercial and operational goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Availability for a 5.5-day work week.
