Logistics/Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics/Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the shipment of our products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the shipping and delivery of products to customers.
• Manage and maintain shipping schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to arrange and track shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Perform all necessary declaration and clearance procedures efficiently.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Update shipment and tank movement reports regularly to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and procedures.
• Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, independent, highly motivated, results-driven, a good team player, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines..
