Role and Responsibilities

This position will be on shifts (day and night) and is expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangements and vehicle maintenance schedules, which includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)
2. Incoming and outgoing raw materials control (store-QA-production)
3. Receiving, signing, and recording of consumables from external suppliers
4. Verify incoming consumables with delivery orders of suppliers
5. Submission of documents to purchasing departments
6. Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incoming materials and consumables
7. Issue of PPE to new workers
8. Perform data entries into ERP-inventory control system
9. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. At least GCE O'level
2. Tertiary education in the logistics discipline will be preferred
3. Class 3 or Class 4 driving license
