We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, managing inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.
2. Plan and optimize routes for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
3. Communicate with carriers and vendors to arrange shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
4. Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately.
5. Track shipments and monitor delivery status, resolving any issues or delays.
6. Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
7. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including customs and import/export laws.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, customer service, sales) to align on inventory needs and order fulfillment.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics (experience in shipping operations is preferred)
