We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator and the location is at 3 Pioneer Sector, Singapore.

About the position

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for:

1. On time handling of transportation requests, including but not limited to customer and tool shipments, returns - both domestic and international shipments (when required)
2. Outbound transportation bookings for plants as specified
3. Customs clearance for international outbound shipments
4. Approval of transportation related invoices
5. Handling of disputes transportation invoices
6. Admin tasks as required such as documentation and reports required
7. Communication with stakeholders such as logistics providers, internal stakeholders and customs
8. Other duties as requested by the line manager
9. Serving the customers in an optimal way, providing best services available

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

1. 'O' Level or Diploma
2. Minimum 3 years of experience within Logistics, Warehousing or Supply chain management
3. Good knowledge in Incoterms and Transportation methods
4. Good skills in Export documentation and customs procedure; dangerous goods handling will be an added benefit
5. Good skills in Transportation insurance claim handling
6. Basic knowledge about warehousing processes
7. Good knowledge in computer software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
8. Good knowledge in SAP
9. Good communication, cooperation and teamwork skills in a multicultural and international work environment
10. Good problem-solving skills
11. Well organized
