Job Summary:

• Salary range: $5500 - $8000 (no comms)

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 5:30pm)

• Location: Raffles Place

Job Description:

• Lead the Diamond & Jewelry Sales and Customer Service Department

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and strengthen the company’s presence in key markets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders.

• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence, resolving issues promptly.

• Create and manage a strategic sales plan aligned with business goals, while identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency.

• Represent the company at major regional and international exhibitions (e.g., Hong Kong, Dubai, Malaysia, Sharjah) and attend overseas business trips to support market expansion and brand visibility.

• Any other related functions to shipments coordination and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or equivalent.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.

• Knowledge in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry a plus but not a must.

• Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations, and logistics solutions a plus but not a must.

• Successful track record of surpassing revenue milestones.
