Job Description:

As a Logistic Associate at TPG, you will be at the forefront of our online sales operations, ensuring seamless processes from order inception to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficient Order Handling: Manage sales orders from prominent online sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
• Logistics Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with drivers affiliated with diverse logistics vendors to streamline the delivery process.
• Warehouse Management: Take charge of warehouse operations, ensuring an organized and efficient environment.
• Inventory Maintenance: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
• Supervision of Packing Operations: Oversee packing operations to ensure smooth and accurate processes.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred) to facilitate effective communication.
• Technical Proficiency: Computer savvy with a good understanding of relevant software applications.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience with online sales channels, such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify, is preferred.
