Logistics Assistant

Job Summary:

• Flexible hours available
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
• Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

• Verify shipment content against shipping documents provided.
• Reject damaged items and record discrepancies.
• Data entry into ERP system.
• Assist in material picking against pick list.
• Assist in packing of outbound shipments.
• Assist Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
• Visually inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situations immediately.
• Proper bookkeeping of temporary loan inventory and its return.
• Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting devices provided.
• Deliver/collect goods to/from assigned locations using company vehicle.

Requirements:

• Min O level
• Min 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in ERP systems, use of lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
