Logistics and Bicycle Mechanic Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Logistics:
   - Overseeing all supply chain operations.
   - Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
   - Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
   - Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
   - Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
   - Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
   - Arranging and packing online orders.
   - Monthly stocks check/take.
   - Any other tasks assigned by management.
2. Mechanic:
   - Servicing and repairing bikes according to our service package for all kinds of bikes (mountain, folding, hybrid, and road bikes).
   - Analyzing, troubleshooting, and carrying out bicycle maintenance and repair.
   - Assembling, building, and assessing new bikes before they go to our customers.
   - Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions, and providing quotes.

Requirements:

1. Skilled mechanic with over 2 years’ experience in repairing & maintaining high-end bicycles, and 1 year experience in a logistics-related role.
2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
3. IT savvy, familiar with SAP.
4. Good time management.
5. Team player.

1. This is a full-time position; 44 hours, 5.5 days per week, both weekdays and weekends.
