Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 9am-630pm)
Location: Sin Ming
Basic: $1,800 + 1.5X OT UP TO $2,000

Job Requirement:

• Lifting objects as required in a store setting (10-15kg).
• Previous experience in an e-commerce or customer service role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Scope:

Competition Supports

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store and e-store, including customer service, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and managing and updating our online store.
• Provide support to customers, answer inquiries, and help them find the products they need.
• Receive, pack, check and label merchandise, and ensure products are recorded and processed effectively.
• Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the manager and team members to ensure efficient store and online operations.
• Process online orders and manage inventory levels.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately.
