Logistic Specialist (Shipping/East)

My client is an established leading provider of semiconductor inspection solutions in the global market. My client has global outreach that includes renowned semiconductor customers engaged in the manufacturing of chips for the automotive, smartphone, communication, computer, consumer, storage, industrial, and military/aerospace sectors.

Position: Logistics Specialist (Shipping)

• Working Hour: 5 days, Office hour
• Location: East (Kallang)
• Remuneration: Attractive Remuneration

Responsibilities:

• Daily Shipment Coordination: Schedule shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders for smooth logistics operations.
• Freight Forwarder Liaison: Arrange bookings, manage follow-ups, and handle a complete set of shipping documentation with freight forwarders.
• Shipping Documentation Management: Prepare and pre-advise shipping documents to both internal and external customers.
• Shipment Handling for Machines: Coordinate crating and forklift arrangements for various machine models.
• Shipping and Fumigation Processing: Oversee all shipping activities, including arranging crate fumigation as needed.
• Documentation Preparation: Compile essential documents like shipping invoices, credit notes, packing lists, delivery orders, and certificates of origin.
• Spare Parts Packaging and Dispatch: Prepare and ship spare parts to support customer needs, as requested by the marketing department.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or N level.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping logistics.
• Knowledge of Syspro Business software is a plus.
