Job Responsibilities:
Policy Understanding and Information Collection:Responsible for understanding and mastering the import/export and customs-related policies and regulations of overseas markets, especially in destination countries, including but not limited to export controls, import requirements, and tariff policies. Collect and analyze dynamic information in the international logistics market.
Service Provider Management:In line with the company's overseas logistics resource acquisition and integration needs, responsible for the expansion, evaluation, and daily management of overseas service providers. Coordinate and resolve related issues during operations.
Logistics Process Control:Streamline inbound and outbound management processes, optimize related business warehousing and logistics solutions, and promote their implementation. Monitor contract execution and operations, oversee the process of goods shipment, in-transit, warehousing, and outbound, and provide reports. Follow up, handle, and provide feedback on warehousing and logistics matters in a timely manner, and report and warn of any abnormalities.
Inventory Reconciliation Management:Standardize inventory reconciliation management to ensure consistency between accounts and actual stock. Monitor the inventory ledger of products.
Goods Safety Management:Conduct regular or ad-hoc physical inventory checks according to the inventory plan, comprehensively inspect the storage conditions of goods and the operational management of service providers, and generate inventory reports. Summarize existing issues and develop improvement measures. Strengthen dynamic supervision of key warehouses, increase inventory frequency, and ensure the safety of goods.
