Leadership and Team Management experience in Logistics will be an advantage

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Lead & supervise the team, ensuring all operations are running efficiently
• Ensure drivers and staff are well-trained and equipped to perform their tasks
• Handle scheduling for a fleet of 6 vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries
• Manage and liaise with drivers to ensure on-time performance
• Monitor and deploy received orders to drivers on the road
• Handle customer enquiries & logistics related issues through email
• Ensure drivers adhere to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies

Required:

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Experience in managing and coordinating drivers or large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Nitec in logistics or related field
