Job Descriptions

• Oversee operational logistics and admin support to ensure management of materials is in order to support surgical procedures in the department.
• Oversight of department facility maintenance and repair; supervision of surgical store assistant.
• Provide efficient, safe, and cost-effective service delivery according to established hospital policies and procedures. Participate in quality improvement activities and constantly identify areas for quality enhancement.
• Assist Manager in establishing and implementing policies/procedures for the smooth operation of material management in the department.

Requirements

• A good Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with SAP
• Meticulous and analytical, possessing good organizational and coordination skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
