Job Scope

Customer Support

1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers with airfreight and oceanfreight inquiries and shipments.
2. Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Shipment Coordination

1. Oversee airfreight shipment logistics, including booking, tracking, and handling documentation.
2. Work closely with carriers, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.

Problem Solving

1. Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process, keeping customers informed about delays or changes.
2. Use critical thinking to develop effective solutions tailored to customer needs.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Higher Nitec with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics-related role.
2. Relevant certifications and formal education in logistics or a related field.
