Customer Service Executive

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Work Location: Changi Alps Ave
Salary: Up to $3,300
Employment Period: March 2025 – August 2025

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic Warehousing & Logistics team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations within our fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support inventory management and order processing activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with 1-2 years of customer service experience. Experience in airfreight or freight forwarding is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate and skilled in email communication.
  • Willingness to work shifts or overtime as required.
  • Singaporeans only.
