Logistic Coordinator ( Loyang )

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Handle order processing, customer order verifications and prepare orders for planners.
• Ensure delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch), forward to customers as proof of delivery, and close job order for billing once job is completed.
• Liaise with booking agents or ship operator for status of supply schedule/vessel loading.
• Attend to customer complaints, resolving any discrepancies.
• O Level and above.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with SAP is advantageous.

Working hours and days: 0830am to 6pm / Monday to Friday

Compensation: AWS + Variable Bonus
