Locum Pharmacist (up to $60/hr) #HYN

We are hiring Locum Pharmacists on ad-hoc / flexible shift timings to support various healthcare institutions.

Job Scope:

• Accurately dispensing medications, ensuring correct dosages and adherence to safety protocols.
• Providing information and guidance to patients about their medications, including potential side effects and interactions.
• Providing drug information to healthcare professionals and the public.
• Reviewing patient medication charts, identifying potential problems, and making recommendations.
• Participating in clinical activities, such as medication management rounds and ambulatory care clinics.
• Working with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) degree from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
