Job Description

Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient’s needs, doctor’s orders and hospital policies.
Upholds hospital nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.
Keeps Senior Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager / Doctor informed on patient’s condition, treatment/intervention and outcome.
Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Reports all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager On Call.

Job Requirements:

Min nitec Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
