Loan Processing and Customer Service Officer

Your Opportunities:

• To learn and understand the fundamentals of credit facility, with a main focus on car and COE financing.
• Exposure to the various functions of a credit company and opportunity to gain knowledge on Singapore’s car industry.

Job Duties:

• Review loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information as per bank requirements.
• Coordinate with loan officers and other team members to expedite loan approval process.
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers regarding application status and required actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
• Maintain organised records and document all loan processing activities.
• Schedule appointments with clients to guide them through the loan agreement signing, asset transfer and ownership process.
• Participate in other assignments, duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Applicants must possess at least a diploma.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively and positively with everyone.
• Proactive in learning and exploring areas of improvement.
• Independent and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.
• Meticulous work ethic with low margins of error.
