Live Chat Support Agent for Giga (Part time for 6-12 Months)

Job Description:

Salary: $12.00 Per hour

Duration: 6-12 months contract (Renewable)

Working hours :

8.30am - 6.00pm for Mondays-Saturdays

Sundays only Morning slots:

• Sat Afternoon: 12pm 6pm

Location: Ubi (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Scope of work

• Live chat
• Answer customer comments and reviews on social media and app stores: Facebook, Instagram, Appstore, Google Play, and other review sites (open comments and direct messages)
• Raise service requests and work with IT support to close cases
• Monitor competitive activity on social media and produce weekly management reports.

Skill set required

• Good command of English
• Familiar with apps and social media platforms
• IT savvy
• Undergraduates from polytechnics/universities are encouraged to apply.
• No experience required (on-the-job training provided)
