Live Chat Support Agent (1 Year Contract, Full Time)

Job Description:

Salary: Up to $2,400.00 per month

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Working hours:

Weekdays: 9.00am to 6 pm

Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm (will be rotated)

Sunday: 9 am to 1 pm (will be rotated)

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Work in office 3 days per week

Scope of Work:

• Live chat support
• Answer customer comments and reviews on social media and app stores: Facebook, Instagram, App Store, Google Play, and other review sites (open comments and direct messages)
• Raise service requests and work with IT support to close cases
• Monitor competitive activity on social media and produce weekly management reports

Skill Set Required:

• Good command of English
• Familiarity with apps and social media platforms
