Job title: Linux Compute and Storage Engineer

Client: FinTech

The role:

My client is seeking a Linux Compute and Storage Engineer to join their team. You will predominantly work on complex low latency Linux compute systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Compute and Storage solutions
Manage and monitor the Linux estate

Experience required:

Strong experience working with Linux
Experience with either Chef or Ansible for configuration management
Some experience working in either Python, Go, or Rust
Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile practices
Observability – ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
Degree in a relevant subject is highly desirable
