Lift Technician /& Site Assistant Engineer

1. Lift Technician /5 days/Up to $3,000 + Transport allowance ($60 - $100) @Toh Guan

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance works according to schedules.

• Comply with safety work procedures and proper use of tools.

• Perform standby works and follow-up on breakdown reports.

• Record works that have been carried out and report to supervisor for all matters.

• Attend to building or equipment inspections.

• Conduct investigations of damages/accidents.

• Follow up on QC and QA defects.

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Entry level are welcome to apply)

• Possess own motorbike

Site Assistant Engineer (M&E)/Up to $3,600 @Ang Mo Kio

• Assist in contracts progress & coordination works to ensure delivery of work schedule.

• Monitor and carry out quality checks on progressively completed work.

• Preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.

• Assist with all other project administrative matters.

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic

• At least 1 year experience in M&E/construction industry.

• Willing to travel to various sites with a class 3 driving licence.
