Lift Technician(Motor Allowance + OT Pay + AWS)_my1

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance with the schedule.

2. Carry out corrective maintenance works as required.

3. Observe safety work procedures.

4. Ensure proper keeping and use of tools.

5. Observe proper work behavior while working.

6. Perform standby works when required.

7. Follow up on breakdown reports and assist the Standby Section where required.

8. Report to the superiors on all matters relating to the team.

9. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.

10. Keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports.

11. Attend to building or equipment inspections as required by law (BCD, FSB).

12. Assist in conducting and investigating damages/accidents to equipment or personnel.

13. Follow up on QC and QA defects.

14. Ensure compliance with Environmental policy, reduction of waste, and prevention of pollution.

Knowledge:

Experience in the lift industry is welcome.
