Job description

To service and repair elevator and escalator equipment, controls, lighting and circuits. Ensures work is in accordance with relevant codes and BCA guidelines.
Ensure to do basic housekeeping while servicing.
Troubleshoots and locates malfunction in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems using test equipment. To read and interpret schematics.
Disassembles defective unit to clean, repair or replace parts.
Attend call backs/breakdowns/Troubleshoot and restore lift.
Ensure to provide Standby service whenever necessary.
Replacement of defective parts and attend to emergency duties as and when required.
To communicate and liaise with our customer with proper attitude and good customer service.
Reporting of work progress to the In charge.
Ensure each and every service and repair works is covered by service / repair chit.
Must have motorcycle license for quick service between sites.
