Job description

Supermom, a fast-growing AI data powerhouse, has a mission to enable parents and families to live better and smarter in Southeast Asia. Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries, we are now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager/Director, to be part of this exciting growth story.

Responsibilities

  1. Own revenue targets for conversion from existing user base.
  2. End-to-end planning and executing campaigns across email, Whatsapp/SMS, and in-app touchpoints to drive cross-sell targets. This includes identifying suitable segments within our user base for each campaign, bundling different campaigns together where the target segment is the same, drafting compelling direct-response content, sending out the content from our CRM, and reporting on conversion results.
  3. Map out triggers and content based on user actions and build automated email workflows for welcoming, nurturing, and timely cross-sell.
  4. Continuously optimise automated email flows and 2-way messaging to improve performance.
  5. Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimisation and improvement.
  6. Track and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve on campaign performance.
  7. Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from the various campaign teams; responsible for minimising unsubscribe rate.
  8. Champion data quality internally, influencing data collection teams to improve the quality and accuracy of the data they collect, so you can farm the base more effectively.
  9. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in email/Whatsapp marketing and CRM.
  10. This is an individual contributor role.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Minimum 6 years in B2C customer lifecycle marketing or email marketing.
  2. Proven track record in driving conversion and achieving revenue targets from email/Whatsapp marketing efforts.
  3. Excellent written English.
  4. Proficient with Hubspot.
  5. Able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
  6. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  7. Experience working in a fast-paced startup is a plus.
