Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)

We are seeking a skilled and certified Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to join our team. The LEW will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical installations and maintenance within our facilities. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to manage and inspect electrical work. This LEW should have experience in electrical system design, including single-line diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the installation of solar power systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Supervise and inspect electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technological advancements.
• Certify monthly LEW certificates and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform other LEW-related tasks as required, including but not limited to, testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
