Legal Specialist

Job Description:

1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
2. Assisting with the implementation of legal and regulatory compliance initiatives
3. Conducting legal research and providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
4. Contributing to the development and maintenance of legal policies, processes and documentation
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
6. Providing general administrative support to the Legal team as required

Requirements:

1. A recently completed Bachelor's Degree in Legal or a related field
2. Native speaker of English, capable of using Chinese as a working language.
3. Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and data analysis tools
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Familiarity with blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry is preferred, but not required
