Required Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum GCE O-levels qualification with at least B3 in English
- Candidates with Certificate in Legal Secretarial Skills or equivalent will be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in legal services environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- A diligent and resourceful work ethic and a good team player
- Must display a positive work attitude and respect for others
- A strong adherence to the highest ethos of integrity and professionalism
- Able to handle work pressure in a fast-paced environment
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Office and eMeeting apps, have experience in Adobe Acrobat, eLitigation and Clio Manage
- Proficiency in handling office equipment i.e. FujiXerox DocuCentre, binding machine
- Familiar with legalisation process
- Keep register for Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public
