Legal Executive

The Legal Contracts Executive will assist and provide a range of support and administration to the in-house Legal and Transaction Management Team supporting the Company’s global business and will be required to liaise and work alongside internal departments and external counterparties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Transaction Managers and Legal Counsels with aircraft leasing and sale transactionsincluding managing the documentation process to obtain compliance sign-off, preparing signing versions, collecting signatures, collating signatures[TR1], distribution and filing of dated documents and collating and distribution of original documents.
• Up to date filing into document management system and network drives for access to executed documents by the whole Company.
• Collection and binding of originals, preparing closing bibles and management of the legal library

Requirements:

• Three years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a law firm or legal team environment.
• Possess good communication skills and be well organized, meticulous and self-motivated.
• A team player with a positive outlook.
• Meticulous attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven, proactive, diligent and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in word, excel and content management systems.
