Legal Entity Controller - AVP

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• BAU accounting activities which include taxation, preparation and review of financial statements, bank reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist with monitoring regulatory reporting including submission of reports to relevant authorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, and report key risks factors to the management.
• Work with relevant stakeholders such as auditors, front office, and management.
• Assist the Team Lead in process improvement initiatives and financial reporting matters.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Minimum of 3 years of finance and accounting experience in a bank or financial services company. Experience in a Private bank or Wealth management setup is essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Confident to work independently and liaise with multiple stakeholders across the board.
• Good excel skills for the preparation of relevant financial reports.
