Legal Counsel (Temporary Contract) [CSVD]

Responsibilities

• Render sound and timely legal advice on various matters
• Handle contract review, drafting and vetting, legislation matters, conduct legal and extra-legal research
• Conduct legal trainings for staff
• Handle knowledge management
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned by Head (Legal)

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in law, called to the Bar
• Experience in legal work in private and/or public sectors
